Centered around Huixiang's HelenX robot and iMagicOS Lite, this setup is equipped with one colony counter and a scanning module. Automatically analyze colonies in various agar media, including those cultured with pour plate method, spread plate method, membrane filtration method, streaking method, etc. It enables characteristic analysis and counting of target colonies, preliminarily screens and classifies Petri dishes according to given rules,till results finally analyzed, counted, reviewed, reported, saved and uploaded to LIMS system as required.
